How we work
1. Discovery Let’s get to know each other
First thing’s first is gathering as much relevant data as we can. We’ll get to know your users – what makes them tick? What are their pain points, objectives and behaviour? We do this through website analytics, surveys, live chat, heatmapping and reviews.
We’ll also find out what you want from the redesign, and why your current site’s just not doing it for you. We then combine our findings with your KPIs and business objectives to get us on the right track.
2. Design a User-Focused Experience Let’s create a new experience for your users
Once we’ve made sure that the content we’re working with is in the best possible shape, we’ll get started on the UX design process. We’ll map out your site flows, user flows and general site structure using our user research. We’ll then incorporate our sophisticated CRO expertise into the mix to create fully-fledged designs.
3. Put it to the test A/B Testing & User Testing
We’ll carry out in-depth user testing to make sure we are meeting – and surpassing – their requirements. We select the appropriate A/B testing platform for you, choose the key metrics and statistical models, build your tests, set them live and keep a close eye on their performance. Results are reported regularly and we’ll even train you on the platforms so you can see for yourself!
