Tim is a specialist in psychology, neuro marketing, cognitive hypnotherapy, conversion rate optimisation and SEO. His expertise in digital marketing is rooted in his own experiences as the founder of a very successful ecommerce business, and over 13 years experience of search engine marketing and psychology.

He has a keen interest in body language and human behaviour led him to study and gain various Oxford University recognised qualifications, including a Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (HPD), a Master Practitioner certification in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and NVQ in Business Management.

He is the CEO of Digivate, and brings his growth-mindset and specific expertise with him to ensure his vision of a full service agency with industry experts in each department (which allows a specialist agency approach with it) is reached. He is also the founder Neuro Web Marketing a boutique conversion and search optimisation agency (who now joins Digivate internally) bringing Conversion rate Optimisation as a service to Digivate. Neuro Web Marketing was founded on the belief that websites should communicate like people and, like people, they sometimes need therapy.

His growing interest in optimal health, having a sharp and clear mind (and “biohacking”) has also led him to open the first Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy clinic in London.
