First line support and maintenance for your ecommerce solution, including 3rd party suppliers, will be provided by the Digivate project support team. In addition Digivate is backed up by the Magento support team.

Digivate provide a managed hosting service with hosting partner NTT Europe Online. The service is fully scalable for businesses of any size and exceptional resilience is provided by our VMWare platform.
